
On Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., the Black Cultural Centre (# 7 Hwy at Cherry Brook Road-1149 Main Street) will hold its Annual Christmas Concert. This year's theme is entitled "The Sweet Sound of Christmas" featuring an array of local talented individuals of diverse cultural and music backgrounds.
Join us as we celebrate the festive season with the musical sounds of:
- Ester & Sheldon Smith ; a dynamic musical husband and wife combo.
-"The Four Tones "a cappella quartet : female vocalists with perfect four-part harmony
- Auburn Dr. High School Jazz orchestra : a wonderful and gifted student band under the direction of Ms. Meg. Richardson.
- Nova Gospel Ensemble with a special performance by country crooner, Percy Riley of Cherry Brook.
Refreshments and gift items will be on sale. The proceeds of this event will aid in the supporting of Black Cultural Society programs.
